This is my last post for the day, I swear! I tried to schedule my “This Week In Books” post but WordPress was acting funny so I ended up posting it right away. I’m not going to bother attempting on this one. I know three posts in a day two hours is way too much, but it was kind of out of my control. After this I won’t post anymore until tomorrow. 😉
So anyway, hi again! I thought I could start doing Waiting on Wednesday just to share what books I’m super excited for the release of, because there are a lot. I don’t know if I’ll be doing it every week, but I’ll be doing it sometimes. 🙂
This week I chose Chain of Gold by Cassandra Clare. It’s the first book in The Last Hours series, which is the sequel series to The Infernal Devices. It’s set to release in 2017 and doesn’t have a cover yet, but I’m so excited. 😀

It’s too bad that Tatiana Blackthorn, the matriarch of the family, has always been, as her father Will Herondale says, “mad as a mouse trapped in a teapot.” Since the day that her father Benedict murdered Tatiana’s husband, and was killed in turn by a group of Shadowhunters that included both her brothers, Tatiana has nursed a burning grudge against the London Institute and all its inhabitants, especially Will, Tessa and their children: Lucie and her brother, James …

I picked this because I adored The Infernal Devices trilogy and I’m still not really over the epilogue in Clockwork Princess. Even though it’s about Will and Tessa’s kids and not the original trio, I think it’ll be really fun and intriguing to meet new characters and experience their adventures.
That, and I’m a huge Cassandra Clare fan. I get excited to read everything she writes. XD
So that’s all for my first Waiting on Wednesday! I have plenty of other books I’m waiting for, but this is one of my most anticipated for sure.
What books are you waiting for? 🙂
Until next time- Olivia
I need to read TID! Love Cassandra Clare! Xx
