Top 5 Tuesday – Books I’m Thankful For

Hi guys! This week I decided to use the theme from The Broke and The Bookish, the creators of Top 10 Tuesday (which this series is based off of), and do a Thanksgiving-related post. I’m in the US, so our Thanksgiving is on Thursday and I thought this was appropriate. My plan is to do books I’m thankful for today, and other things I’m thankful for on Thanksgiving. ๐Ÿ™‚

*these are in no specific order*

  1. The Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas – Anyone who knows me probably expected this. XD But I’m seriously thankful that I picked Throne of Glass up back in (roughly) April. It’s now my absolute favorite series ever (not even joking)… and the wait for book five is torturous!
  2. The Infernal Devices trilogy by Cassandra Clare – Again, this probably isn’t very surprising. XD I love TMI but I honestly think I love this series more. I’m sad it’s over, but I’m also excited for Chain of Gold!
  3. The Bane Chronicles by Cassandra Clare – Magnus is definitely my favorite character from Theย Shadowhunter Chronicles (although Will and Jem are close behind). ๐Ÿ˜€
  4. The Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling – This series is what really got me into reading. I started Sorcerer’s Stone when I was six (I was a very mature child, haha) and then my love for reading just sparked.
  5. The Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan – This is the other series that really got me into reading. I picked up The Lightning Thief when I was seven. Between this and HP, I was about addicted. XD

So those are the books I’m most thankful for! Which ones are on your list? ๐Ÿ™‚

Until next time- Olivia โค
